Michael Kadenacy
Founder & CEO
For the better part of two decades, Kadenacy has been building a career in motion picture quality assurance. Having worked throughout this time alternately on both the vendor and studio sides of the business, he now applies his unique expertise in work flow, database management and team building to the My Eye Media operation.
Steve Waugh
Chief Technology Officer
Waugh oversees the company’s digital delivery initiatives, IT infrastructure and research and development of new technologies. He also spearheads the analysis of digital file codecs and implementation of cutting-edge tools that further support the expanding needs of clients.
Craig Leener
President
Leener plays a key role in My Eye Media’s strategic planning and business development efforts. He also develops HR programs that nurture the unique and vibrant culture across the company and works tirelessly to ensure that those programs are implemented effectively, fairly and uniformly.

Kiers manages day to day operations and puts his extensive technical knowledge and studio experience to work everyday for our clients.

Rachel Park
Director of Administration
Park oversees accounting, human resources and vault services. Her meticulous attention to detail is a tremendous asset to our ability to better service our clients.
